This 45 min workout will challenge you like no other. I've been attending classes there for just over 3 years, I recently earned my 250 class title! This workout has helped me manage my back pain, has helped make my cycling & skiing stronger, helped me build the strength for some of the wicked MovNat skills that make the rest of my movement in life so much easier!

Really, I can't say enough about this amazing workout... ok, one more... the absolutely supportive and friendly community that you step into each time you go for a class.

Now I am proud to say that I also teach Lagree! Catch me on Saturdays at 4:30pm, and every second Thursday evening at 7:30pm. Both classes are at the Signal Hill studio.

Private and Small Group

Privates include assessment, Critical Alignment Therapy practice, as well as practical movement skills work. This is an ideal combination for those who have pain issues, chronic or recent injury, and are looking to retrain the body and mind into a functional, efficient, and calm active life.

Each private is 60 to 75 minutes. To start, you commit to a session (4 one on one classes); once you've completed the session you are now open to booking when you would like, maybe one regularly for a check in or if you've started dealing with an injury.

Critical Alignment & Movement @ the JCC

Interested in Critical Alignment? How can it blend so incredibly well with Natural Movement? Come to the Calgary Jewish Community Centre every second Saturday at 11:30am.

We start with a theme from Critical Alignment Therapy and work it into a few movements that you can do through your day that will build strength and co-ordination, turning you into a more movement orientated, functional human being!
