Recently I attended a workshop that was facilitated by Shelly Prosko. She is a fabulous presenter and taught us about the neuroscience of pain including roles the brain and nervous systems play in pain. Many of the recommendations she made in terms of pain management in yoga were consistent with the practice of Critical Alignment Therapy.
